3. How Fast Do You Deliver The Services I Paid For?

 

The delivery speed depends on several factors such as the quantity of your order, and current order demand.

Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days

If your order is not delivering at the estimated delivery speed, please open a Live Chat or ContactTicket and our Customer Support Specialist will assist you.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed it is not always possible to cancel it. Many services have very fast delivery speeds, therefore making it impossible to cancel the order before it’s delivered.

 

In the event that you need an order canceled please either request the cancellation via your CNADHUB dashboard under ORDERS, or open a Contact Ticket and we will send the cancellation request to the provider of the service. Learn how to request a cancellation from your dashboard here.

 

If the order can be canceled a refund will be issued for the undelivered services. We do not issue refunds for services that have been delivered. We offer no guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.
